Formed in 2003, our goal was to solve a problem that some said could not be solved: create software to transform the contract review process. Businesses needed a way to minimise corporate risk while also maximising efficiency in contract negotiations. They needed technology that improved the efficiency of document analysis while helping to capture items buried deep in those documents. From our shared experiences in a variety of highly regulated industries, our team of business visionaries and software developers identified common pain points and worked to develop a solution. Over time, that software grew into Adsensa’s multifaceted platform Wordsensa.
Adsensa was originally established to meet the complex demands of the insurance market. Insurance workers needed a way to streamline the manual verification of policies to mitigate their risk and ensure that clients received the best possible coverage. Our platform continues to be used by a large percentage of the London Insurance Market and a growing number of NA Insurance Brokers and (Re)Insurers. The core features of our product – Capture, Analyse, Negotiate, Report and Integrate – work within any industry where contracts are needed, including a growing number of major companies in the Banking and Legal sectors. We are honoured to be trusted partners in many of these organisations, and these teams continue to benefit from standardised, quick and accurate review processes.
With a strong, growing presence in the UK and NA, Adsensa continues to expand into new markets including Continential Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
