Martin Anderson – President and CTO
Martin's career spans corporate management, sales and marketing, and software development. His track record is one of repeated success in establishing companies based on innovative ideas and making them leaders in their fields.
Over the last 16 years, he has focused on development of advanced software technologies, providing solutions to "seemingly impossible" challenges.
Based on technology Martin conceived himself, Adsensa's products have benefited from his unique experience and are his most impressive achievement to date.
John Mountford – CEO
John is an experienced director and operational manager in companies offering enterprise-level infrastructural software solutions. For 20 years, his career has focused on emerging technologies and much of this time was spent in the global financial services sector.
An honours graduate in Actuarial Science, John trained in Honeywell's large systems division. This laid the foundation for a top-flight sales track record that quickly led to senior management positions in the software industry.
At Adsensa, John's depth and breadth of experience has shaped the company and its products. It allows him to work alongside leading industry bodies to understand the issues they face and the solutions they need.
Susan Jakobek – COO
Susan Jakobek has 20 years' sales and marketing experience in the IT and telecoms sectors with companies including HP, Oracle, AT&T, NCR and Global One. She also has seven years' experience in interim management, working at board level with public and private sector clients.
During these assignments, she established a record of success in delivering effective change through strategic leadership and hands-on management.
At Adsensa, Sue is COO and has responsibility for growing the company's presence in key areas. Sue holds an honours degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from London University.
