Wordsensa® Professional™ is an intelligent document and analysis platform that provides a rich set of document analysis tools. It allows wording experts and those dealing with large numbers of valuable documents to quickly and accurately compare, analyse and group documents.

<b>Conformance</b> is a variant of the Group tool which shows the extent to which a set of documents conforms to specific required clauses. A powerful tool for rapid conformance checking. <b>OCR</b> is an advanced optical character recognition engine which allows content analysis across PDF, Word, Image and many other text formats. <b>Group</b> sorts sets of documents into groups of similar documents based on their overall content. It is also possible to drill down to see a detailed variance within each group. Results can be exported to Excel. <b>Merge</b> is a powerful tool for creating new templates. It takes a base document and merges clauses from multiple other similar documents into it, taking account of context and adjusting numbering schemes. <b>Redline</b> shows amendments across many versions of a document using an enhanced version of the traditional redline approach. The results are fully compatible with Word revision marking. <b>Consolidated Match</b> uses the Match engine but shows wording difference results merged as a single document suitable for printing. This makes for easy communication with third parties. <b>Match</b> shows wording differences by using colour-coded text. It presents documents side-by-side in their original format preserving their layout including any images or handwriting. <b>QA</b> checks documents by applying selected validation rules to produce a report showing a pass, fail, or marginal result for each rule. Relevant contextual areas of document text for each rule are also highlighted. Purchasers of Wordsensa® Professional™ may also elect to have a desktop version of Wordsensa® Vision™'s QA tool added to their capabilities.

Technical

Wordsensa Professional requires the following minimum configuration:

Processor: Single core 2GHz processor. The software carries out a lot of complex processing so faster processors provide a better experience. Dual core processors will significantly improve OCR processing.

Memory: For Windows XP 1Gb memory. For Windows 7 users this should be 2Gb.

Disk: Minimum of 500Mb disk space for the software. Additional storage is required for documents which require OCR

Screen: A minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 is strongly recommended, but higher resolution screens, or dual screens provide a much better user experience.

Operating System: Wordsensa is designed for installation on Windows Operating Systems. Windows 7 and Windows XP are supported by the current release.

Software: Microsoft Word 2003 or later is required to handle Word documents

More memory and a more powerful processor are advantageous when working with large document sets.
