<b>OCR</b> is an advanced optical character recognition engine which allows content analysis across PDF, Word, Image and many other text formats. <b>Routing</b> provides specialised batch data capture (without any user interface) to provide key structured data to workflow engines to facilitate routing of documents. <b>Data Capture</b> provides rule based data extraction, searches dcouments for user defined structured data and presents data candidates for user verification. Supports custom validation and data transformations. <b>Amber</b> is a micro database for documents stored within a standard PDF format. It holds the original document together with structured data and other information, all version controlled. <b>Clause Matcher</b> finds standard library clauses which have been used in a particular document, identifies any variance there may be from the standard clauses and shows where non-standard clauses have been used. <b>Match</b> shows wording differences by using colour-coded text. It presents documents side-by-side in their original format preserving their layout including any images or handwriting. <b>QA</b> checks documents by applying selected validation rules to produce a report showing a pass, fail, or marginal result for each rule. Relevant contextual areas of document text for each rule are also marked up. Features

Technical

Wordsensa Vision is a highly scalable server based system accessible via a web browser and requires the following minimum configuration for a base load of approximately 10 active users. Wordsensa Vision can be scaled to run on multiple machines to support thousands of users if required:

Processor: Quad core 2GHz processor. This can grow to multiple multi-processor machines as required for larger numbers of users.

Memory: A minimum of 6Gb memory. Larger memory will be required to support larger numbers of users.

Disk: Minimum of 20Gb disk space for the software, database and cache files. This may need to be substantially larger depending on the number of documents to be processed.

Operating System: Wordsensa Vision is designed for installation on 64 bit Windows Server

Operating Systems. Windows 2003 64bit and Windows 2008 64bit (preferred) are supported by the current release.

Software: Microsoft Word 2007 or later is required to handle MS Word documents.

The client must have browser support meeting the following requirements:

Browser: Internet Explorer 7 or later, Firefox 3 or later.

Memory: A minimum of 1Gb under Windows XP and 2Gb under Windows 7
